Lavas with 4 runners is a very expensive way of achieving insanely high xp rates. With 4 very experienced runners you can even achieve above 230k/hr, although around 200-210 is a rate that is more reasonable. This will come at a cost of between 120-140gp/xp depending on the experience level of the runners and how much the current rate of runners is. This method is hard to do perfectly and your rate will massively depend on both your own ability but also the runners ability. Runners bring the 2 biggest pouches and a binding necklace, some sessions will have a designated necklace runner, others will just say to trade a binding necklace if you notice the crafter has an extra inventory space (by checking the amount of spaces available in the trade)
