Open notepad. Please copy the contents of the code box below. To do this highlight the contents of the box and right click on it and select copy. Paste this into the open notepad. Save it on the flash drive as [b]fixlist.txt[/b]

Now you will need to go back into Windows Recovery Environment. Feel free to reread my instructions on how to do so above.

Run [b]FRST/FRST64[/b] and press the [b]Fix[/b] button just once and wait.
The tool will generate a log on the flashdrive ([b]Fixlog.txt[/b]) please post it in your reply.
