Who: Shem Smalls

Why: First off, hes a witness and survived a previous shooting where we shot his car up after he seen us transporting guns. Second of all; Hes a blood set, trying to hustle in on Jefferson which obviously means we want to kill him. He also waved a gun around in a Carson Street Mob enforcers face and so I was told to execute him.
