Intent With Rank/Skills/Knowledge: Continue to practice with my blade and become a swords master or something like that.

Reason: Solaris has been training with his blades for quite a while and has gotten pretty handy with them. He's seeking to take his swordsmanship to the next level and use two blades at once while in battle. It wouldn't be an easy task; however, he's been keeping up on his training while fighting different people.
He has a pretty good idea of the steps needed to preform this action; although, it's still a work in process he's looking forward to everything coming together slowly.
At this rate he can push to become a master of swords and wiled them no matter how different the two blade might be or the weight difference.

This is more to show mastery over his skills therefore he'd be the best one to learn something like this with enough practice. He'll continue to practice until he prefects it and even after that.
