Ok so the ea department falls under the department of state (dos) which has 2 ranks in it and then alliance council which is like an added thing.  The dos has the ranks sos which is secretary of state and dsos which dlis deputy secretary of state which joshythewashy is sos and I am dsos

A few ways to improve the current alliance?
so i guess just encouraging more of our members to visit each other, as i see very few of the other agencies visiting (like i dont see other WH when i visit you guys or very many FBI visit WH) but could be timezones.  also maybe hosting like more games between agencies or inviting us to your guys in base games
