If this card is Ritual Summoned: You can destroy all face-up monsters your opponent controls with ATK less than or equal to this card's. When your opponent activates a monster effect (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 "Arcade" monster from your GY, and if you do, negate the activation, and if you do that, destroy that card.

- When this card is activated: Banish 3 cards from the top of your Deck, face-down. This card's name becomes "Arcade World" while in the Field Zone. If a "Arcade" monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can banish 1 card from the top of your Deck, face-down, for each of those monster(s) instead. Once per turn: You can gain 200 LP for each of your banished cards.

- Target 1 "Arcade" monster you control; equip it with this card. After damage calculation, if the equipped monster attacked: Place 1 Arcade Counter on this card. When the equipped monster declares an attack: You can remove all Arcade Counters from this card, and if you do, the equipped monster gains 800 ATK for each Arcade Counter removed, until the end of this turn.

- Target 1 "Arcade" monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy them, then Special Summon 1 "Genesis Force Arcade Dragon" from your hand or Deck. You can only activate 1 "Necro Arcade" per turn.

- While you control 2 or more "Arcade" monsters, those monsters cannot be destroyed by battle, also you take no effect damage.

- During your Standby Phase: Special Summon this card as an Effect Monster (Machine/LIGHT/Level 4/ATK 2000/DEF 2000). (This card is also still a Trap.) If Summoned this way, each turn, the first time an "Arcade" monster(s) you control would be destroyed by battle, it is not.
