  1. Just a few nights before the big eruption, Lily had a fight with her friends. They were worried about her, and the strange content on her paintings. A girl who seemed to innocent and happy, turned out to have a dark mind. They left with orders for Lily to stay put, seeking aid from a Maester. She was furious and felt great sadness, as if she had been betrayed. She loved her art, and so did a few others, seeing nothing wrong with them. Reluctant, she decided to leave, running away from the place and people she called home, taking with her only the most needed.
  2.
  3. Looking back at her small house, it was as her heart was being broken, all the memories and art she would leave behind, to never be seen again. She took a deep breath and kept walking, pushing away the feelings.
  4.
  5. Far away in the south woods, she put up camp, ongoing with her life as if nothing had happened, as the life before Umbra. She felt betrayed, but missed them dearly. It was not the same, their laughter and foolish pranks that used to fill the void. Realising this, she decided it was childlike of her to run away, and would return at first light.
  6.
  7. Then suddenly in the darkness, it was as the world imploded. Still with a sleepy mind, she felt hot. Too hot... The sudden smell of burnt fabric forced her wide awake. Her tent was on fire, as scorching magma surrounded her. In shock, she just sat down on her knees and started praying to whoever would answer. With all of her soul, she prayed. Not long after, her body succumbed to the flames.
  8.
  9. She had met Him. The He, the Lord, the God.
  10.
  11. Waking up, she could barely remember what had happened, but her chest was filled with the excitement of finding her one true place in the world, all of what she was belonged to Him. The one He, who consumed her body in the flames, only to be reborn. Her body may be weak, but her faith was strong.
  12.
  13. She would never stop serving the one who saved her life, and promised to dedicate everything to Him.
  14. It was He, who gave her life.
