  3. heckacentipede: i only think you can be banned if you encourage hatred/violence
  4. heckacentipede: alrighty let's look at the actual TOS though, and bullet point relevant stuff lol
  5. Brego001: I was just gonna express my moral holdings that I see straight as being the only good practice of sex. But I'm still going to respect someone as a person if they disagree with me as long as they're also respectful.
  6. heckacentipede: don't pretend to be someone else, don't send unsolicited spam, don't datamine, don't harass people, don't fuck with the security/coding/servers/etc of twitch, don't use twitch for illegal stuff AND
  7. heckacentipede: don't use twitch for inaccurate/illegal/infringing/defamatory/obscene/pornographic/privacy invading/harassing/threatening/abusive/inflammatory/"otherwise objectionable" material
  8. heckacentipede: eugh i hate the formatting of that
  9. heckacentipede: there's some more specifics but that's the basics
  10. heckacentipede: ah the community guidelines go into that bullet point a little bit better https://www.twitch.tv/p/legal/community-guidelines/
  11. heckacentipede: would he be trying to misrepresent himself AS bob ross?
  12. heckacentipede: i assume no, so he should be fine
  13. Moobot: Subscribe to the channel to get access to channel exclusive e-motes, high resolution jpgs of all art created on stream, and subscriber only raffles
  14. heckacentipede: since it would be labeled as a parody
  15. heckacentipede: if he were trying to claim that he WAS bob ross himself, that would be an issue
  16. Moobot: I am currently running a holiday sale on my website, prints, game mats you name it are discounted along with free US shipping and half price International, If you are interested in buying some art now is the time to do it. 17. heckacentipede: as for straight versus non straight being more or less moral, i believe that sex and sexuality is amoral, as in, without morals
  18. Brego001: That's true, and it's a valid point. I'm just a consequentialist in how I determine what I practice in life. In this context, the reason I hold my beliefs regarding sexual preferences is that sexual desire is a product of the brain that is not absolute and in the human mind can be altered with active practice of the will just as with any other mindset; while the realm of products of sexual practices is procreation or the lack of and are absolute understandings. If you want me to stop talking abo
  19. heckacentipede: that the feelings and acts themselves are without morals attached to them, and it is only society that attaches things like morals to the act of sex and attraction
  20. heckacentipede: conversion therapy has been shown to be abuse akin to the torture of boot camp and those traumas aren't natural in any way, shape, or form
  21. heckacentipede: scientifically, homosexual behaviors have been documented as a way for orphans to be taken care of in social communities. If all possible individuals are always reproducing all the time, then any orphans would die as there are no leftover resources to take care of them
  22. heckacentipede: if it were simply a case of mindsets then we, logically, should only see those homosexual behaviors in humans but we see them in plenty of "lesser" creatures like penguins
  23. heckacentipede: ya exactly, if homosexuality was truly detrimental to reproduction we would have had that behavior selected out of our lineage long before we were modern humans Homo sapiens
  24. EyePea: smiaLove
  25. heckacentipede: that said, i think that's all i can say on the matter without getting upset ^u^; more than willing to speak more on discord where i personally can think more on things and take my time responding but for now i'm going to leave it at that
  26. heckacentipede: not to say stop talking about it, just that i personally gotta tap out
  27. Brego001: That's true, and that is a good pro. All-the-same, I believe people not taking in orphans is also a part of the failure of altruism being established as a virtue in society. It is good in that homosexual couples take in orphans, however, it is also out of a personal desire to create a family unit that is compatible with their sexual preferences rather than altruism
