  1. I think what you said to Connor tonight crossed the line. He’s going through a difficult time recently, with his grandads passing and upcoming funeral. Something which has meant he needed to find space and distract himself from in order to grieve, the stress of RASA would’ve only made him worse.
  2. You mentioned Sporty tried to get JTPT fixed before Connor’s grandad passed - while this may be true I don’t recall Sporty contacting Connor (or myself, as I helped redstone parts) in order to get this done. It is perfectly reasonable for Sporty to ask Stu about the redstone, however as the original person who redstoned the game, Connor should have been contacted as well.
  3. Again, you mention Connor playing games and abandoning RASA - in reality he has had a lot of stress in his life. This includes stress which I take full responsibility for causing. Directing building is a very difficult job, especially in a large group, and naturally Connor decided to take a step back from RASA in order to remove some of the stress from his life - playing games and chatting on GSC was him living his life and trying to calm down. This lasted for so long because the stress kept piling up. I took on the responsibility of holding that meeting in order to keep RASA going while allowing Connor to take his break as long as he needed - game building was not something that he was urgently needed for, and as well any of his games (such as JTPT) could have waited for months more in order to be fixed or finished until Connor was ready to come back to them, or if need be, he was at the other end of a message in order to get permission from someone else to fix it.
  4. Again, the rules are simple. And while Stu only fixed JTPT that isn’t the issue here - the issue is simply Stu didn’t ask Connor, he changed the game overview document at the permission of Sporty but not Connor. Perhaps he’d assumed Sporty had asked - we all know we should never assume.
  5. The factory build is something that was a challenge to complete. It got nearer the end which was when it became more stressful - with this stress came bending of rules not just by Connor. I admit I bender some rules myself, Paradox did too, as did others. We all apologised for that and put it behind us - I don’t see any reason why it should be dug back up again.
  6. As for Stu going down the list of games? He could have contacted Connor - he could have asked me (which he never approached me asking if Connor was interested) or messaged him on Discord. The rest I covered before - we shouldn’t assume.
  7. Your last point I see as just a straight up attack. While I see your point, please regard that Connor has been going through a significant amount of stress for sometime now, and this has impacted his ability to work on RASA projects. He also gets a lot of backlash while trying to do his job, leaving him in somewhat of a corner.

  9. Directing building is a very difficult job, especially in a large group, and naturally Connor decided to take a step back from RASA in order to remove some of the stress from his life. He finds it difficult to “guide” building when in reality you need someone to make those decisions, especially in a large project. You see that in Noxcrew where they have leaders and build leaders but when it comes to RASA that isn’t allowed, leaving Connor in a situation where he has to try and guide people on what is a very opinionated thing. For Connor playing games and chatting on GSC was him living his life and trying to calm down.
