  e.g. Mami calls Sayaka "Miki-san", while Madoka calls her "Sayaka-chan", and
  these distinctions are faithfully preserved.
--Kyouko's dialogue is translated with quite a few expletives because her
  speech here is even coarser than in the anime, especially when she's
  speaking to Sayaka. If this buttangers you, bowdlerize as you see fit.
