Before I post the rest of the stuff, I have some stuff to say. It was not cool England  (max) for all these offenses.

I believe half the subreddit is about him.

You know how science rules works, max, anyone without 1k during the week gets kicked. You enjoyed your time in a team made in direct opposition of you. I believe you think that everyone can play while at school, or work. That's the reason chat gets slow someones.

After your vacation in a well-ran team, you think you can do better. The thing is, your mindset on leadership is whack. You don't need crazy limits because basic ones do not cause stress. Stress contributes to death. The whole system in 'English' will be not fun.

In 'English' the team will be another dictatorship with England swiftly booting anyone who discusses any. Talk about personal information like age, kicked. Tell a new member the rules, kicked. (Ask ElBlobb about that... He knows it too well from England) Speak any other language than English, kicked. Have an unrecognizable, such as Max, kicked if you just joined 2 hours ago with 9k merges because England thought you stalled... It will be Harsh in 'English' team. Not worth it.

England over here complaining about semi-inactive, when we got over 500k merges in 3 days... All a team truly needs for now is 500k merges. England was all about the leader board too. It was all he ate, slept, and breadth.

If you stressful times in a dictatorship ship with unbelievable requirements, join 'English' by all means. If you want a chill fun calm time, LITERALLY join any other team.

Case closed, don't join English for reasons stated above. There are many more.

Ha, join English if you wish to be ruled by a power hungry dictator and follow ridiculous rules. He kicks you out if you have not been online by 9am on a Monday morning. He kicks you out if you question any of his rules. Not argue or be abusive, just simply question them. He is a joke, and everyone on that team should be ashamed of themselves for putting up with it.

But English is a great team as long as ur fucked to merge and be productive and English is currently coming first in the merged barrels section with 1 million barrels merged. Who gives a shit if English has rules you probably got kicked out and are just getting a little upset and emotional. Getting to 5 stars to get in the team is easy if you are a committed player and that's exactly what English is looking for committed players. The rules are great they work and are why English has 1 million merged barrels if you don't like them why the fuck complain? Just leave the team and join some other friendly team where no one even cares about the game and you get a shit team ranking.

Hay its not that bad a big problem is many players don't stop to think before hitting that join button. It just needs a little preparation mainly allowing themselves time to put on a descend score before beddy times. And having faster and double barrels maxed then wait for a auto merge to start on entry so the initial welcome chatting doesn't leave them sitting on zero whilst saying hello.

Well, well, well. Mr England is running an unjust team. He kicks people who joined 4 hours ago whilst having 8k merges. He thinks, "I thought you stalled."

He kicks whoever he disagrees with. For example someone was talking politics and he kicked them for differing views.

The grammar of this guy, used "sensor" instead of censor. He has many mistakes.

He only allows people who speak English, but the fact is you could use Google translate and never talk to remain.

He discriminates against minorities. He call a certain group of people, "Apes."

He only cares about merges. People merge and get kicked, thanks papa England.

He doesn't know what GMT is whilst residing in the UK.

He is a tyrant kicking rule-abiding members.

I left due to his, everything.

This post for "English" team, and expetually for EnglandofEnglish, aka England.

1 - There no "4.9" stars, or "2.42033", but only 0, 1, 2, 3, ... 10, x11, x12, x13, etc.

2 - Therefore no matter, if you use mature words, or not.

3 - Player charge scrap up to per 3 second. 3600/3=1200. Which means 1200 scraps per hours. What are you need? According to "base rule 5" you need 1500 scraps per hours. Without ads it's impossible reach, and you will reach 1500 sph with wishing the luck.

9 - English only is fine, pretty standard in guild systems with chat.

22 - I agree that it's weird to say that so much, but it's standard form.

23 - Asking people to not be abusive or swear is fine, it's his guild after all. It's their unreliability that's the problem there. Someone got kicked for saying that something 'sucks' iirc

24 - This is a fine rule to be honest, but only if he didn't just kick and ban.

30 - www.scenglish.com would be a super cheap and easy website to make the rules on, it's so dumb that he uses reddit like their personal messageboard.

Is the chaterbox sucking the power out of your team? At english team we do talk a lot which is good. Untill you realise the chaterbox has struck again and you suddenly realise the team has just lost a pile of merges. There is no getting them back all are gobbled up by that pesky chaterbox who will not ever give them back. I have an old ww2 poster picturing a telephone that gives the following advice.
