background: Born and raised in Seoul, Korea. She wasn’t close with her parents who were far more busy with their work than be at home with her. As a result, she is left alone most of the time at their house with the caretakers. She felt indifferent when she heard the news that they died in a car accident when she was 15. She had a fair few friends here and there but only one that she was particularly close with. A girl by the name of Jin Suk-ja (or Sukja). They met when they were children and has since became attached to the hip with one another. They both had dreams to go out of their hometown to travel the world together. In their final year of high school, Min-ji received the news that Suk-ja had been killed the night before on her way home. Min-ji became isolated from everybody else and was filled with anger at her best friend’s death. She dedicated the last few years of her life intent on finding Suk-ja’s killer and had found a connection with the x clan. She observed them for several days before pinpointing that one particular member pulls most of the strings. She begins to stalk him in order to gain more information but quickly finds herself becoming entranced by him due to the fact that he shares many resembles with Suk-ja both physically and personality wise. She feels conflicted and grows rapidly unsure on what she should do next.


personality: -Quiet- A trait that she picked up ever since Suk-ja’s death. She seldom speaks nowadays and prefers to listen than talk giving the impression that she’s a mute to other people. She likes to keep to herself and never lets anyone too close her, not wanting to get hurt and feel as broken as she was before if they decide to leave her.
-Observant- She’s quick to notice things that other people don’t and is a very good judge of character upon first meeting either from a distance or in person. She is often alert and attentive to detail.


-Bold- Despite the fact that she rarely talks and seems withdrawn, she’s actually very daring taking great risks to get what she wants. She doesn’t let anyone push her around and is often quick to defend herself. She is constantly thinking about her next course of action.


-Honest- She’s not one to beat around the bush and is often giving straightforward and sincere answers. She is truthful to herself (most of the time).


-Kind- Although it may not seem like it given her hard exterior, she does have humanity within her and would prefer not to let innocent people get hurt in pursuit of her goal. She doesn’t want to give people trouble (unless she wants to) and usually takes care of her own problems.

how did you meet:
They met on one of Min-ji’s staking nights.


Min-ji quickly moved on the staircase. A hurrying figure in the night. Her hand latched on to the doorknob and quietly turned it. Softly pushing the door, a cool breeze brushed her face. It was a particularly chilly night. She closed the door behind her and walked to sit against the bricks. Cupping her hands together and blowing warm air into it.


It’s been about six weeks since she’s found them. Six weeks since she’s found him. Min-ji wonders how long she will take before she makes a move. She’s been an equivalent to a mouse these past few weeks. Scurrying to and fro between places. She had already long figured out that it was better if she did her research at night. Away from prying eyes and frequently asked questions. Her last few weeks of trailing them had lead her here. An abandoned warehouse located around a few neighbouring areas.


She tries to switch her hiding places everyday. Not sticking to one for more than two days. Oddly enough, her current hiding place is her favourite although one of the most possible to be detected due to the close proximity of the buildings. But it was high up to not be bothered by other people and high enough for them to look like tiny ants. She also felt the most close to the stars up here as she looked up. Her fingers reaching into her pocket to brush against a certain polaroid picture. She sighed and looked at her watch. It was time.


Min-ji stood up and walked to the edge of the rooftop surveying the area before eyes closing in on the entrance to the warehouse. He usually went out alone around this time but as seconds dragged on to minutes she begins to feel uneasy and just a bit disappointed. She sighed once again before moving to turn around. A voice made her stop in her tracks. A voice that she trained herself to be alert of.


“You’re quite pretty for a stalker.”


She willed herself to look at her source of problems. Arms crossed as he leaned on the bricked wall that she occupied only moments ago. Pink hair evident even in the night air. Earrings glinting. Lips pulled into a mischievous smirk. Eyes shining with obvious amusement. She found herself mesmerized by the fact that he was more beautiful in person.

beg: After standing silent that was longer than necessary having been caught dumbfounded by the man that she’s been stalking for weeks, her feet went into autopilot and she leaps over the edge and lands harshly on the railing below. All she could think about as she runs to her apartments with cheeks flush and heart pounding against her chest was the fact that her roommate was gonna see her much earlier tonight.


mid: Min-ji stops visiting that rooftop for a week. Choosing instead to go to her other hiding places. She tries to be more careful this time around not letting the incident of her being caught jeopardize her goal. The man seems to remain unaffected by her but she notices subtle differences like him lingering in one spot as if he knows that she was staring at him at the time and looking around ever so often whether alone or with his other members. She can’t fight the temptation in her heart one day and eventually goes back to the rooftop not quite sure what she was expecting. He shows up again to her surprise and this time she doesn’t run away. Things happen and they slowly become close to each other to the point he even asked her out on a date.


end: She finds out that the truth about Suk-ja’s death and her killer’s demise. She finally does lets go of her and she finds herself feeling actual happiness in a long while especially with Kihyun. She plans to travel in her near future in order to accomplish Suk-ja’s and her’s dream.


how do you guys get caught: Carelessness. She was waiting at the rooftop again but was caught by the other members instead.

-Disappointed. She doesn’t really like his line of work and tries not to get involve much with it.

-Secret meetings all over the city. Somewhere different every time.

-She finds out his real name in the middle of the story.


How would you feel if i separated you from him?
-Honestly I would feel extremely upset but would eventually get over it under a reasonable reason.

-She shares an apartment with PRETTY GIRL and has a comfortable relationship with her with her easily being the closest to Min-ji. She tries to keep her distance with her if the worst were to happen to her she wouldn’t want anything to happen to her as well. She’s grateful that she met her, admitting the fact that she had shed a bit of light in her gloomy life. Thinking of getting her a plant so that she wouldn’t feel as lonely in the apartment by herself in hopes that her roommate will ‘treat it as well as she had treated her’. (or anything cute about their friendship)

-Knew about her due to her articles about the x clan. Offered to provide her assistance in a form of pictures in exchange for information regarding them. She goes to her place at least once a week to discuss about them with her. Easily the second closest person to Min-ji.
