# [NA][6/8][LFM][Savage/Ults][Current Prog: M8S Fresh][sHC-HC]

## The main focus of this group will be to clear the 7.2 raid tier with reclears for BiS, then move onto FRU prog. Any ultimates that the group may want to pursue will be put into consideration. Parse runs will also be considered AFTER we are fully BiS. Ideally, we would like to establish a longstanding, permanent group for future  week 1 savage tiers and legacy/new ultimates.

**__Requirements:__**
* Have cleared M5S and M6S. M7S Phase 3 or further is preferable and sub 10% enrage is favorable.
* Must show up on time to scheduled raid days.
* Able to communicate effectively without resorting to slander (or anything unnecessary to prove the point) and work efficiently with the group.
* You MUST be okay with downtime during raid. We are not looking for egoists who care so much about uptime that they may jeopardize the pull due to a simple greedy gcd. There is a time and place, and prog is not that time.
* Come to the raid fully prepared. IE: Raid food, pots, charged controllers/keyboards/mice, Weekly tomestones maxed, have either seen guides/POVs/streams.
* Open microphones required!
* Know your job!

**__Some characteristics we prefer:__**
* Willingness to adopt new strategies even if it means going out of their comfort zones.
* Ability to have fun in most scenarios, but is also able to lock-in when necessary. We absolutely love it if you have a good sense of humor, so long as it isn’t distracting while we’re in the middle of a pull.
* Ability to recognize mistakes, especially your own. This is an open group and all comments will be made so.
* Able to contribute to raid resources via raidplans, POV, twitch/twitter/youtube clips, simulators and everything else that is relevant.

**__Raid Times until the tier is cleared.__** Our projected start date as a static is week 3/4.
