- Description: Nicole, her fiancé, and another couple were returning home after a night of drinking, when they encountered Evans. Evans, angered that the couples “were really happy looking, and that made me mad”, decided to target them for robbery. The group accosted Nicole and her friends and robbed them, before Flemming shot Nicole once in the chest with a .357 magnum from about 2ft. away.
