Dear Professor Hammoud,
Since this past Monday morning, I have been experiencing nausea and diarrhea frequently and unpredictably, and the affliction only seems to be getting worse. I have, therefore, been going to class with much infrequency over the last couple of days, only when I experienced subsides.
I'll be in contact with the math department at Tandon very shortly after I visit the Health Center to schedule a makeup exam ASAP.
