Movie idea

So, there is this organization called the Terrorists' Union which is a terrorist organization who's motive is the legalization of terrorism and recognition of "terrorist" as a profession. They are extremely popular and they are infamous for, instead of targeting targets that actually make sense, they target whatever is closest with whatever weapons they have. The Terrorists' Union's official leader is "terrorism".

The government tries to fight back with PSAs claiming terrorists are losers and arresting terrorists after they admitted or committed something, while doing nothing beyond the PSAs to prevent terrorism. The government is run by Susan Kush (modeled off of both Hillary Clinton and Jared Kushner, but not too much to avoid lawsuits).

Also, 20% of the population has a chaperone with them to beat them up for seemingly (to the audience) no reason. This isn't too controversial and is usually viewed positively by the beat-up individuals and general society. There is a fringe group of "anarchists" (some are, most aren't) who oppose this, though. They are run by Amelia Brown (I don't know who to base this character on).

In addition to the anti-violence, pro-terrorist, and government camps, the movie also contains the Ku Klux Klan run by James Jones (modeled off of both Alex Jones and Jim Jones, but not too much to avoid lawsuits). The Terrorists' Union is obviously sympathetic to them, but the reverse isn't true.
