  55. After a botched heist, Eddie (Bruce Willis), a murderous crime boss, hunts down the seductive thief Karen (Claire Forlani) who failed him. In order to win back Eddie's trust, Karen recruits her ex-lover and premier thief Jack (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) to steal a cargo of rare precious gems. But when the job goes down, allegiances are betrayed and lines are crossed as Jack, Karen, and Eddie face off in a fateful showdown. Lionsgate Premiere will release the action thriller in theaters and on demand on April 22, 2016.
  56. A crime boss tries to make off with loot that belongs to another thief.
  57. "There's no calling the police." When a heist goes wrong people get upset. Karen (Forlani) is put in a position to fix it or deal with the fallout. Left with no other option she goes to the only person she can trust; Jack (Gosselaar). Now the two must do whatever they can to complete the mission, but when personal issues get in the way things get even more complicated. This is becoming a standard Bruce Willis movie. He's in this for about 5 minutes and looks annoyed that he is even in this movie. That said, the rest of the actors and story are actually not that bad at all. Gosselaar does a really good job carrying this movie and even though this is a low budget B movie it was entertaining, exciting, and really fun to watch. This is nothing that is amazing or something to rush out and see, but this is something to rent and lay back and enjoy. Overall, one of the better low budget action movies to come out in a long time. I give this a B.
  58. OK, bad mouthing aside: 1. this move has such a forced plot not only you can predict it it just makes you cringe 2. cliché after cliché ... 3. give people blank munition rather than putting CG on their guns :/ 4. plot is hard to follow because you simply stop giving a f**k 5. characters are cardboard cut outs of stereotypes ... no play what so ever 6 ....... the biggest problem - why Bruce Willis ???? I don't mind him as a bad guy, he is simply a bad arse personality ... no matter whenever bad or good ... BUT for good movie he has to be matched by moderately good protagonist ... and here good guy is just a poor actor with C movie script and punch lines and overall worst part of the movie ... In terms of Bruce Willis being old: in RED he did fantastic because he had good company of perfect actors that were as old as him and there was a perfect balance, bad guy was crap (sorry to pretty boy card board cutout) but overall if there is no balance might as well make it a good comedy without forced one liners ...
  59. Precious Cargo is a film out of time. In the ’90s it would have been a serviceable DTV alternative when the Van Damme/Jeff Wincott flick was out at Blockbuster. These days it is a lacklustre anachronism. Bruce Willis should really know better.
