Attacker(s): Scott D. Oliver

Description: At the time of Melissa's murder, Oliver was free on bail for a February 1989 sexual assault to which he later pleaded guilty. Witnesses said that the night before Melissa's body was found, she was at an outdoor underage drinking party for which Oliver had bought beer.

Oliver was seen leaving with Melissa, who had to go home to make curfew. Melissa's body was found near an old railroad loading dock not far from the Lehigh River.

Oliver, now 47, is incarcerated at Graterford State Prison.
