I'm assuming you remember me now:

John Bull steals thousands of dollars from console preorders

The fact that you have banned my account, refuse to answer my emails, and now require ALL new users to have authorization to post any messages only reinforces my case.

I am currently in Japan now - But I will be returning to America on July 16. Luckily I keep all of my receipts (including the one for the money order I sent you), and upon the initial tracing of the money order I sent you I remember that it was in fact traced to being cashed in Ohio.

You screwed up in three ways:

1) a theft exceeding $299 is considered a felony.
2) When it crosses state lines (Texas to Ohio), it is now a federal offense.
3) I found out who you were because you signed your name to the letter you wrote to "tantric" whining about maintaining the exclusivity of his releases.

Now, there are two things that can happen from here:

1) You paypal me USD$300.00 to junk_78@yahoo.com and all is forgotten and I go away.

2) On or around July 20th, 2009 you will be receiving letter from my lawyer. This is very easy to do, as I have done it before and will only cost me about $50.00. It will be a formal request asking for the reimbursement of $350.00 dollars.
Failure to pay this will result in you being taken to court, after which you will lose, because I still have all of the original paperwork, the original address I sent the money to, as well as copies of our correspondence AND a tape recording of the conversation I had with your father after you skipped town with the money ADMITTING you took the money and ran. In fact, it may be a good idea for me to post this audio soon. Anyhow, after the presentation of this mountain of evidence and your resulting loss, You will then pay your lawyer, my lawer, as well as the judgement. Many more things will happen to you after this, but I'm running a bit short of time here and I'm sure youre familiar with them.

So.... Is this where I should send the letter from my lawyer?

And for the rest of you - Is this someone you really want to be involved with? A thief? A person who must run from their past, and cowers when confronted by it? John Bull is nothing more than a common thief and has had 11 years to repay money to those he owes.
