  5. Step 1. Okay so, you want to find images. These can either be sourced from eBay, Facebook or YouTube. Obviously use common sense when getting the images.

  7. Step 2. So now you have the images create a fake receipt. Last time I attempted this SE I used Amazon but I would suggest staying away from Amazon for receipts as it is heavily raped.

  9. Step 3. You want to hop into the live chat, the link it at the top of the hidden tab.

  11. State how your product won't work. Use common sense and give a reasonable excuse for instance your power bank isn't charging your phone.

  15. Step 4.5. They ask for an image of the wire being cut. Create a POD in Photoshop and send it to them.

  19. Step 4.5. If you can't create a POD or don't want to pay someone to create one for you then just say you don't have scissors. They suggest for you to use a knife. Leave the chat for 3-5 minutes and then state it isn't cutting and you have just cut yourself. They will ask for images of the product. Use the images you found previously.

  22. Step 5. Okay so after you have sent either the POD or the images of the product, they will ask for proof of purchase. Send them your previously generated POP.

  24. Step 6. They will say they are sending a replacement and will give you instructions to send the product back. Say you cut yourself trying to cut the wire with the knife and there is blood on it. State how you don't believe the shipping company will allow you to send it.

  26. Step 7. They apologise for the cut and the issues caused. They send you your stuff.
