My solution to this locked room, in which there are no hidden characters, and the only way in
or out is the door or the window:

After Nanjo and Kumasawa are killed, the survivors go to get Rosa and the rest from the room
they're in. They lock (or at least think they lock) the door behind them and go to Rosa. During
this gap Beatrice appears to take the bodies and move them, as well as give any missing keys
back on the table. THE ROOM IS LEFT UNLOCKED AT THIS POINT. The servants, now with Rosa, unlock
(or think they unlock) the door, and the locked room is seemingly created.

don't quite understand how the game works yet. i understand it has the same "setup" each time, but
what that setup actually is is still unclear to me. i get that there's the 18 people (Ushiromiya's and
servants + Nanjo) but i don't get how Beatrice adds into it. is she a 19th person or is there even more
people helping her (20th, 21st, etc)? does she actually exist?
