I am Game Master Taishemara.

Disrupting gameplay can sound confusing indeed and if you never had this bevore it can seem strange. I will do my best to explain this in more detail.

This kind of suspension can mean a lot of things and it also means that you have been reported for one or several of those by a lot of players.

Examples are:

- Going afk/running around somewhere but not helping the team or joining the fight
- Dying on purpose
- Jumping of the map
- Helping the enemy team
- Using abilities to annoy your team (for example Mei's icewalls to keep your team in your spawnroom etc.
- Only picking heroes that are not helpful at all in the given situation. Let's say you already have 3 DPS and 2 Tanks and need a healer. That might not be your prefered choice but picking a 4th DPS can be disruptive in some situations. If you can't play a healer it's best to talk to the team if maybe someone would be willing to swap

There are many other situations, that can count into this. At the end of the day it's any behaviour that's not helping or even working against your team.

In this case the penalty already expired, we however don't intervene with this kind of gameplay suspensions. So if it was still active or a longer suspension we would not remove it.
