refers to the refusal by the CSO to accept the said ord'ér even
when two officials from divisional office tried to counsel him and
advised him to comply with the office order. Thus, the abovesajd 7
documents clearly establishes that the CSO refused to comply
with the instructions given in the Order dated 04.06.2015 and

held on 20.12.2016 confirmed in his deposition that due to the
transfer of some officials of the Branch, there was a need to
reshuffle some officials and allocate portfolios, Accordingly, vidc
office order dated 04.06.2015 some of the officers were gven a

department, All the officers received the order and took charge of
their respective departments immediately. However, CSO refused
