Well, I have to say, its a bit saddening that you're ignoring my emails because you don't want to give me, someone who has donated over $1000 EASILY, one free exchange.

Its saddening that you won't do it. I may have to rethink donating more if this is how you treat one of your biggest donators on Heroes.
