  28. * Fixed a major bug that prevented the activation of the software if the license file of the "%ProgramData%" folder had specific attributes, such as "Read-only" or "Hidden".
  29. * Fixed a minor bug that caused a writing problem of the username in the configuration file of the Pro Portable version if it contained accented letters.
