  4. FEATURES
  5. - Fixed Weapon Energy and Health pickups being categorized with Doom's health and ammo in certain versions of GZDoom Builder
  6. - Added player spawn points for all teams and single player spawn points for 1-8
  7. - Added player temporary spawn point, which spawns you with no weapon
  8. - Added all CTF flags
  9. - All placeable items are now color coded
  10. - Weapons are now categorized by slot
  11. - Added "Legacy" pickups for Health/Ammo because GZDoom Builder placed down Doom actors for Health/Ammo

  13. INSTALLATION
  14. - Download the v6a-resourcepack_r0.1.pk3
  15. - Open GZDoom Builder or Ultimate Doom Builder
  16. - Go to Tools/Game Configurations
  17. - Choose a game configuration to use
  18. - In the Resources tab, remove the core MM8BDM pk3 and megagame.wad from your resources
  19. - Add v6a-resourcepack_r0.1.pk3 as a resource
  20. - Make sure the box labelled "Exclude this resource from testing parameters" is checked.
  21. - In the Testing tab, change the -file "%AP" "%F" switch to -file "MM8BDM-v6a.pk3" "%AP" "%F"
  22. - Make sure the -iwad switch is set to "megagame.wad"

  24. NOTES
  25. - Actors that are created by the config you're basing off of in Doom Builder will appear in seemingly incorrect categories. There is no way around this, and I apologize for any confusion this may cause. If you have trouble finding it, try using the filter option or searching the Doom actors.
  26. --- EXAMPLE: White Flag is stored with the Doom flags when using the Zandronum: Doom 2 (UDMF) configuration.
