VEGAS FOOTAGE CONSOLIDATION PROJECT: PHASE 1 - CASTING A WIDE NET

WHAT TO DO WITH THIS FILE:

Go through the videos you downloaded in this zip archive and check whether or not each video is raw footage from the Vegas shooting. Then mark down Y or N in the sheet below.

Examples of things that WOULD qualify as footage:
	Video uploaded from somebody's cell phone
	Body cam footage released by the police, even if it has cuts in it
	Video captured by a security camera
	Official video shot by the festival

Examples of things that DON'T qualify as footage:
	Any video with some analyst or commentator talking over it
	Any video with music overlaid onto it
	Any video released by a news agency with their watermarks and text overlaid onto it
	Any video that has literally nothing to do with the Vegas shooting (There will be a bunch of those)

Special Exception:
	Video that has a counting timestamp overlaid onto it. Even if it has commentary over it or text and watermarks. If you come across a video that someone's made that has a rolling timestamp, mark it with a Y. It may make the later process of syncing up footage run more smoothly.

Please make no changes to this file except for replacing the NAs with either Y (for Yes) or N (for No).
Have the Ys and Ns capitalized.
Don't add any extra spaces or lines.

After you are done filling out the sheet, copy all the text in this file (including these instructions).
Go to pastebin.com and create a new paste.
Send the newly created url to Dale Gribble at rustyshackleford_blackops@tutanota.com
For the email subject, use the name of the zip file (shown in this file after 'ArchiveName:')

If you send any attachments whatsoever, the email address you use will be immediately blocked and your message will be ignored without being opened. I'm not trying to be a dickhead here, but there's no such thing as being too safe. And you should definitely use a throwaway email when doing this. Makes no difference to me personally but it'd be wise to do so in case this project gets compromised in some way.

If you decide to go through multiple of these zip archives, please repeat the above process and send a new email with a new pastepin url for each archive you go through. Don't combine them.
