Team A Copypaste

Welcome to Damage Incorporated! I'm your Vice, 13thShade, (the second in command of the Division after Telfer), and am responsible for keeping up all of our administrative duties. You have been assigned to Competitive Team A, our VGC/doubles team. If you feel that you would fit better in a Casual Team or the singles team, Team B, please let me know and I can transfer you accordingly. Your team leader, @reaperchrisxi , will be responsible for making sure you fit comfortably within our community.  If you ever need something, feel free to ask him. If he's not online, I always have an open-door policy so feel free to send me a pm on the forums or poke me in the TeamSpeak. If you haven't already you should send @reaperchrisxi a PM and let him know you have been assigned to his team.

Also, if for whatever reason you ever need @Telfer or myself ( @13thShade ) for something important, don't hesitate to ask, especially if your team leader is not around.

What you need to do during your initiation

Make at least 50 posts within your 4-7 weeks (If you make around a couple posts per day at least, you'll pass)
Come to the forums and poke around for a second every other day, otherwise you will have to restart your initiation because you were inactive.
Attend at least one event per week (At least 4 by the end of your initiation. We host at least 5 on TeamSpeak weekly.) You should have no issues with this since they are fun!
You can find a complete list of our events here on the calendar here. You must RSVP to events marked [CLAN] (You can decline or accept, you just need to respond. I would decline them as soon as I see them, and then change them to attending while you are waiting for it to start if you end up making it, this way you will not get a strike for failing to RSVP.)
Be on TeamSpeak if participating in online play in your chosen game. (A bit unique for us since our game is largely offline, but still feel free to pop in when you can.


As far as things go, I would suggest trying to make at least one post per-day on the forums so you can get on a steady track to getting your 50 posts for initiation and keeping from going inactive - though I doubt that will be a problem considering how much we talk on the forums. Lots of tournaments, events, and trainings coming up. Random Tournaments every weekend. We are starting a gym-based league as well, so there will always be some sort of fun to be had. Feel free to attend Competitive Events, and other non-team-meeting events from the other teams or even other divisions!
