In the rules it says if the insult isn't towards me, but I still report the player, then it will count as chat-misuse because he should use SMS or /locf. It is clear in rule #F that nigger isn't allowed, and also in the guidelines of forum complaint information it says if a third player reports for an insult, it will be counted as chat-misuse. Also what do you mean 'trivial 1 liner' in the rules it doesn't say you only get muted if it is more than 1 line, don't make up rules.
