Draco was born on a once peaceful Shrine World, he worked as a alter boy for the local clerics at a cathedral. One day Draco as a young boy came across a growing cult, him being the naive boy he is he helped them out as they claimed to be working for the 'real gods' one of the tasks was protecting a book about the truth of the prayers that this shrine world used. It had all sorts of information including diary entries from Kor Phaeron himself and how Lorgar wrote most of the prayers pre heresy.

Draco began to learn of Phaeron, he absolutely loved what he was about and what he did and grew very respectful of the Astrates known as the Word Bearers and one day he got a visit from them. They burnt the whole world to ashes and while they fought the guardsmen and PDF troopers, Draco managed to catch sight of the Dark Apostle leading the assault and sneaking past the already engaged Word Bearers with his inhuman like sneaking ability he finally reached the lord. The Dark Apostle first instinct was too shoot the teenager but he noticed how he just snuck past his finest troops and the fact that Draco quickly dropped to his knees and offered the Apostle the book, apparently one of the things they were looking for. The Dark Apostle decided that Draco must already be a heretic and used him as his own personnel slave

Draco coped better then the previous slaves his age, bringing the dark apostle his weaponry, delivering notes, erecting great monuments to the dark gods etc. The Word Bearers saw his fiery spirit and the way he enjoyed studying the Word Bearers and attending the black masses. They ultimately decided to turn him into one of his own, Draco being the right age and was fit. This was a dream come true for Draco as he wished to meet Kor Phaeron and become a Dark Apostle. Studying and learning all he needed, he decided it was time to join and fight more frequently with different warbands. But because Draco was so attached to the Word Bearers, working and obeying anyone who isn't a word bearer is some what difficult for him. Though Draco has promised himself that he will pull through and be accepted into the Dark Council and hopefully meet Kor Phaeron.

Draco also changed his name to Kor Draco after learning about Phaeron and Kor Megron more.
