1) You need to find the serial number of the blue microphone that you want. To do this, go on any buy/sell platform like eBay, Craigslist etc and search up the microphone name in the "for sale" section
2) Some people do put pictures on the microphone when selling and you might just find a serial number in one of those pictures, if not, email them asking them for the serial number and just say you are just checking it its
stolen or not. Try to find a microphone that has been purchased in the last ~1 year as that is their warranty.
3) Once you have the serial number, you can then call / send an email to blue microphone support line and tell them that your blue microphone does not work at all OR battery issues OR makes random noise or some shit
4) After some BS troubleshooting, you give them your email, and then they will send you an email with some extra questions you should be answering about your microphone

The questions include
- What happened
- When did it happen
  - How long was the unit in use
  - some other BS shit but there are 2 questions that you need to answer in order to get the refund that I will talk about right now:

5) They will ask you about 2-3 pictures of the mic next to a piece of paper with the ticket number. For this you can do one of 3 things:
- Borrow your friends Blue microphone, then you can take a picture with it, then you can Photoshop the serial number on it
- Buy the blue microphone of your choice from bestbuy or whatever, take a picture with it (and in this case, no Photoshop as you can just use the serial number) and then return the product
- You can Photoshop everything from just searching online for Blue microphone with serial numbers (again on eBay or Craigslist) and then you can Photoshop the serial number and Photoshop a piece of paper with the ticket number

6) They will ask you for a POP (Proof of Purchase). For this one, please only use THIRD PARTY sellers. Like Amazon or eBay and for this, you can Photoshop it as well. Get one of your old eBay or Amazon receipts, and just change
the product, date etc. If you need help with this, you can join my refund group and if you do a refund with me, I can give it to you for free, same for the pic of the mic w/ ticket number!

7) Once you have all these things, you just send an email with all of them attached, and if everything goes to plan, they will ship you a brand new microphone in 2-3 business days!
