When you get a chance I would like to sit down with you and go over your current experience with the department, your level of training,  your thoughts on recent department changes, your opinions regarding myself and the command staff and any other comments you'd like to offer.

[11:09] Isaac Kelly (christian8.chun): Overall, I think the department is good. By far one of the most realistic departments i've been in thus far

[11:33] Chris Chun (chrisl222): Im basing that decision off of three things: -Your RL expereince -Your continued assistance in assisting with the training of other officers, even when you wernt yet a supervisor. -Your activity and quality of RP.
