  2. Clocking machines allows managers to check what times people are in and out of the work place. Eg. Finding out if somebody is taking more time out then they should. Also it is like a register so they can track their attendance so they can suggest how they can improve what they are doing.

  4. Most of the equipment used is electronic and relies through IT lowering the amount of loose paperwork (very reliant on IT). If something goes wrong they need to make sure that they put things right and that they can improve what was wrong previously.
  5. Communicate with the people, who fit the roles for employment, they set out a default measure so they know if they are the right people/person for the job.
  6. People management being a key feature in the company, they rely on this to keep their relationships up with the people who are with the company and planning on going with the company. This makes it better so things will go a lot smoother.

  16. They keep their contact details e.g. Address and if they miss for example; their name in the form, they can send a letter back to where they are located (designated address) and tell them about their latest updates.
  17. Service Delivery can keep clarity between the organisation and the customer or the people/person they are talking to. It manages to keep their customers updated with information so they can keep their clients up to date to maintain a stable relationship with them. Staying friendly with their clients to make sure they stay at the company and not to go off to a rival organisation (loosing business).

  24. Need to maintain a stable relationship with the suppliers so they can keep their businesses continuing between each other enabling them to build upon what they have and proceed through the organisational structure.
  25. Keeping up to date with customers by using other websites e.g. Facebook and Twitter which allow them to follow their recent activities and other updates.
  26. Customers allow them to take control of what they do in their selected department e.g. gas bills. They allow them to take control and bring them back the best deals to save them the most money on their bills to help them financially.
  27. They allow their customers to rely on them by setting out feedbacks of previous customers and giving examples of how they can/do help their daily customers and clients. They are on a constant string of training and support management which allows them to give their customers extra support.
  28. Get feedback off the customers so it allows them to know what they can and should improve within their company so they can be better for their next client so they can put out a PERFECT service for their customers.
  29. Their main goals are to be become one of the top 5 brokers. To do this; they will have to make sure they don’t leave any downtime and avoid as many problems as possible to make sure they don’t drop. They need to keep up to date with what is happening around them e.g. price changes in different services.
  30. To keep people multiply trained so when they have people off doing different things e.g. pitching their ideas, they are still running their business/organisation.
  31. They always try to increase the quality of their services; but they may not always go for the cheapest, but the most efficient which would fit for the situation which the client is in. e.g. choosing the cheapest but not what they required.
  32. During downtime/recessions they needed to work harder and had to try to make an increase in the amount of sales they did.
  33. Need to have people who are specialised in a special section of the company making it better for the company in those sections e.g. finance and sorting departments.
