Has shown, on several occasions, an unwillingness to work with fellow officers in discussion to find a solution to a problem. Treats people who disagree with him with disrespect. Has a tendency to stop listening in the middle of a conversation.

Because of this i feel he is unbecoming of an officer here at UO. Even if he is technically qualified for his roles, his unwillingness to work with others and general bullheadedness is too much of a detriment.
