	You must do a /me, telling the player in the car to stop ramming you. Also regarding marking the F1 as spam, I can sort of understand why you did this but you shouldn't have done it.

	Next time there's an F1 that you get from a similar situation like this where someone reports something for example RDM and you know it isn't, just go to the person and explain what happened and why it wasn't RDM rather than remove the F1 also.
