  1. [24/05/2017 18:37:04] Robert: Jó esti fiatalember (whistle)
  2. [24/05/2017 18:39:02] DRiVeR: Jó estét Uram
  3. [24/05/2017 18:40:09] Robert: I don't like formality, unless you're my business manager! How can I help you?
  4. [24/05/2017 18:40:55] Robert: Katya told me a few things, but they're more generic than specific
  5. [24/05/2017 18:43:57] DRiVeR: I don't know what exactly Katya told you, but I don't think she'd lie to you, so they might be true
  6. [24/05/2017 18:45:54] Robert: I'm not going to diss her, I know her for years (can't even count anymore), so she told me everything, but despite of that I will be objective with you and I want to hear your side to the story.
  7. [24/05/2017 18:47:23] Robert: and we both have heads on our shoulders, so what we say here stays here and I am going to expect you to keep it like that
  8. [24/05/2017 18:48:17] Robert: It's no surprise that she'll be asking you what our conversation was like, so don't quote just say it went fine and then whatever else you want to tell her :)
  9. [24/05/2017 19:21:47] DRiVeR: Where should I start? I tried to leave FFS at least 3 times, but whenever I told Katya, she kept me here with reasons I've never considered before, but now, for the 3rd time, I thought about everything that came into my mind, we always discussed it, but at the end, she won with her reasons I'd say. This is the first time when I take my leaving seriously, others were the same, but Katya has always told me to wait for the change, I did. FFS didn't change at all (for me at least), I mean internally it's still bad, lack of care from the leaders, by that I mean, no matter why and how many times you got reported, you could just go away with it easily (I had to wait 5 days for WW to reply to my leaving, actually, I had to remind him). Also the atmosphere here, which I'm pretty sure Katya told you about, I told her that everyone is too serious here, and can't even have a little bit of fun, which is a big problem. Continued the conversation, she was curious where would I go after I leave FFS, I don't like lying to anyone, especially to her, so I told her I'd try to join FFS' "rival" clan. I knew she'd be surprised, she said there will be no difference, the atmosphere may be better, but I'll miss FFS eventually. Since I received several pictures of your skype conversation, I knew it's not just words, 6s' members are full of joy, or rather it seems like they are.
  10. After everything being said, I'm thankful for Katya that she understood me, and also accepted my decision. Indeed, she mentioned more reasons to stay, but I decided not to stay in a clan where I just can't have fun.
  11. [24/05/2017 19:32:39] Robert: You know I often used to question myself why is Katya doing what she's doing. Is it for the business, is it for competition, is it for herself or does she actually care. She kept asking me to participate in WFF since 2015 (when I retired from them) and I'd always contradict her and get the truth out of her. She does care about business and the overall image, that's what Capricorn people are like, but she is also caring and responsible. Say she wanted me to participate in her tournament to make it 'most audience attractive' tournament, but at the same time she missed me and wanted to see me active like back in the days. If you didn't know, I accepted her as a 'betrayer' for literally a year and a half. We only started talking again due to L7. She was meant to join 6s, with entire DDC, but many things occurred back in December of 2015 and she had to make a rushed decision. Anyways, in the end she did not betray me, 6s or anybody. She does, however, like to convince people to stay or do something and she's pretty good at it, but I can tell you one - if you know something is inevitable, then take action.
  12.
  13. But she did point out many valid points. FFS would not like your decision whatsoever, some players might not too. You would certainly be a potential candidate here, but definitely not someone exclusive. If we accepted you, you'd start from the bottom. You wouldn't have what you have in ffs right now. Your rights, your reputation, the reliance (ffs relies on you a lot). Have you considered that?
  14. [24/05/2017 20:09:32] DRiVeR: Of course, I have considered it. Well, when I became 2nd for the third time on WFF (which wouldn't be bad knowing almost 200 players registered, but still, it's not as good as you may think for the third time), and also losing an important L7 match against xN#, I lost my interest in MTA, and I also couldn't have fun in FFS. Clan wars, that is what exactly kept me here. I also thought of the future, how it will be, and so on. I want to point out that I didn't talk to any of the DM members privately (I did with only one, and he won't mind my leaving as long as I stay his friend), but they'd be surprised if I left obviously. I know that I'd consider my leaving again after a few weeks/months, so what's the point of staying here, to waste Tails' time? I feel sorry for her, but considering all the facts, we all have to make sacrifices for something better, don't we?
  15. [24/05/2017 20:17:22] Robert: Yes absolutely. I can sense you're a competitive person and hate to be second. First is the only position you can accept. I had this attitude of yours earlier, but I never considered leaving MTA due to loses to other teams (or players). What doesn't kill you makes you stronger :)

  17. FFS has been and will always be what it is. It won't change, regardless of how many members they swap. It's not even the internal side of the team that is the problematic one, it's the community you have. It forces your team to behave like professionals, limiting the fun factor drastically. I won't lie, I was in your shoes when I led FFS DM team in 2015, but I was still attached to many people. We trained together a lot, we joked a lot and as Micra pointed out with me the team was so much better, funnier and more supportive. In 6s I'm keeping it the same, we are really a team rather than foreign individuals who play under the same tag.
  18. [24/05/2017 20:17:48] Robert: we all have to make sacrifices for something better, don't we?what are your arguments for this?
  19. [24/05/2017 20:29:43] DRiVeR: I asked around some people, whether they'd stay in a clan without having fun, and they also said no, what I mean is, if they felt the same way, they'd leave too, and probably leave their rights/reputation behind. No, I made my answer before those replies, I was curious if people would do that same. We all know it's not the easiest thing to do, but I don't like the way where FFS is, I also tried to get used to it, didn't work.
  20. [24/05/2017 20:31:24] Robert: What I was implying is, what makes you think 6s is an alternative? How is it different and what assurance you have to experience more fun here?
  21. [24/05/2017 20:45:48] DRiVeR: The people, I know most of them as a talkative, helpful person (FFS members are kinda helpful too, but they change afterwards). If I wouldn't have gotten pictures of your skype group, I'd still say the same, since I saw how, you, 6s members, act on a fun war for example, or just on another server. You can talk about everything, football, games and much more. Comparing it to ffs' chat it'd be a lot better.
  22. [24/05/2017 20:50:30] Robert: so is chat the critical reason?
  23. [24/05/2017 20:55:43] DRiVeR: People I could have fun with rarely start a conversation on skype and also rarely play on FFS, so yes, it is.
  24. [24/05/2017 22:45:08] Robert: Are you still here?
  25. [24/05/2017 22:46:39] DRiVeR: Yes
  26. [24/05/2017 22:46:43] Robert: If chat is the critical reason, why you don't just make a team with some of your mates and play together? Or you're seeking for that 'team spirit' for a long-term rather than chatting with mates only
  27. [24/05/2017 22:46:57] Robert: because to me that's a silly reason to change the clan
