- I had the same issue with my ShadowCast when I plugged it into my Windows PC. The Genki Arcade app would only display a black screen once the ShadowCast was connected. I had to go into my device settings for my computers webcam and enable access to it for all apps and devices. Once I did this I was able to see my Switch HDMI feed in the Genki arcade app. This created another issue though. In the Genki Arcade app settings when I would switch between performance mode and resolution mode it would switch between the ShadowCast display and my webcam display. After making some changes in the webcam privacy settings, the arcade app would perform correctly when switching between modes. Performance had less latency and resolution offered a better picture. Hope this helps fix your issue.
