Dear Christian (or Jonathan ... whoever this is actually from),

First of all, thank you for your impersonal, information-less response where you exposed my private e-mail address to 20 people I do not know. For the future, please keep in mind that taking the time out of your day to send direct e-mails will generally yield much better results and better respect the privacy of those interested in obtaining power from your company. Even better, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of excellent CRM systems available such as SalesForce that allow you to easily respond to inquiries for information without violating the privacy of those interested.

Lastly, I have no further interest in obtaining electricity from your company now or at any time in the future.
