  1. In case if a meteorite falls at the Earth and humanity will dissapear at all, if no one will support the infrastructure, all these bunkers and planes will stop existing. It's inevitable. That's why when people try to argue with me, saying that we, people are immortal because we have children, etc, I say "guys, do not put all the eggs in the same busket". We all live on Earth. We have only one Earth. What happens with the Earth happens with us. And cybernetics, at the begining of its existance found a solution of the problem - duplication and redundancy. If something is broken, we take it from spare, right? So, we need a spare humanity. But we can live nowhere except earth, because after a million years we are adapted to an oxygen environment, we have aqueous lipid tissue and protein-nucleic base, etc. We have a fragile physiology, a limited range of sensory etc. We are the children of the Earth. It's time to be born. It's pretty comfortable inside, when mother's body feeds and protects you, but it's time, it's time to get out to space. To live at the moon, to live at Mars, to live at Alpha Centauri we have to be changed. Our body is not adapted to vacuum, space cold, radiation, we can not live in such conditions. We can't, but transistors can. Transistors feel good in vacuum, and for them it's better to be there, then with us, where we have dust, humidity, electromagnetic fields, vibrations etc. I mean, we need to change the substratum. Is it possible? Isn't it like perpetual motion? The science can proof (I can give you a link to the works of Glushkov) a fundamental principle of invariance of the information on the material carrier. It means that in some conditions we can identically move information from one material carrier to another material carrier. That's what we have to do. That's it. And why don't people understand it? Well, it's because they are people. People are rational creatures for 1% and monkeys for 99%. It's not an offense but is a scientific fact. Some people resent, but it's still a fact. Take a look at ratio of brain mass to body mass - it's 2%. Compare monkey gens and human gens, I mean genome, we have only 3 different gens, 2% of difference. If you look at Efficiency of human civilization, only 2% of the sunlight are really used, the rest goes to waste or dissipates, or disappears without recycling. We operate a landfill, for 98%.
  2. So (no offense, just a fact, only a fact) we have a civilization which lives with bacterial principles, like a Markov chain, momentary maximum profit, just in current stage, without caring about future. So, if we will continue living like that, in the situation of an explosion...
  3. We're exploding ourself now. We will explode the planet, destroy ourself and that's all. Nothing else. So settleretics is the most important science on this planet. There's no science which is more important. No one understands it, people laugh at me. Guys, write it down at the pent of your hat, which you will soon eat. You will eat it while being burned in a nuclear hell, or when you will suffocate from lack of oxygen, or drink poisoned water, or when some kind of mutated bacterias will attack you.
  4. There was an example by Pavel Simonov, a great academician, who studied emotions and sensory, unfortunately he is dead already. So, he said that once a cleaner forgot a mop and a basket in a monkey house. One clever monkey took that stuff and started banging a mop on the bucket. The leader was shifted and that monkey became a new leader. The cleaner came again and took the busket away. And that monkey became a slave again. People with technics are just like a monkey with a busket. We are nothing without that technics. And we think that we manage it. Ancient romans had 3 kinds of instruments: quiet instruments, like hoe, pickaxe, shovel, lowing instruments, like oxes and other animals, and talking instruments, their slaves. People were thought to be instruments. This opinion was wrong, and we understand it now, after Spartacus and the death of Roman Empire. But in the past they did not understand it. Now we think that technics is our instrument. But it is a wrong opinion again, and it's even worse than ancient romans had. Why?
  5. I develop the hypothesis of three foreclosures. The first foreclosure happend when first biosystems appeared and life began. And this first foreclosure appeared in DNA, RNA, in genetic information, the first memory. The experience of a generation does not disappear after this generation dies. The second foreclosure happend when with the emergence of mind, when the experience of previous generation started to be saved in memory, not DNA, by studying. Now we have computers and rapid development of internet, so we can see the third foreclosure. To know something well, we need to study for 20 years, and to continue studying after it. We are bogged down, we do not have time to do it. But you need minutes to download a file with "War and piece". It's not a problem for a computer. That is the third foreclosure, the machine does not need personal experience to have the experience. It can be downloaded from the Web, or model it in virtuality and have results, and make a correct choice.
  6. A famous Nobel Laureate, Manfred Eigen, gives a great example in his book "The game of life". Well, he says about an empirical law. What keeps a creature alive, speed (fast reaction) or recognition accuracy? So, recognition accuracy is several times more efficient. To increase the detection accuracy linearly, we need to increase the power exponentially. Moore's Law says that technical power grow exponentially and provides linear growth of detection accuracy, one decimal, one hundredth etc. The more precisely we define enemy or not, eatble or not, right or left the more surviving chances we have. If you know where dropped, put there the board, right?
  7. There is a struggle for detection accuracy since biosystems appeared, it started from first foreclosure, the biological one, then the second, social foreclosure, and then the third, when computers appeared. So when we entered a symbiosis with technocenosis, they have outgrown us. They are more advanced then we are, they have the third foreclosure, and we do not, we're more crusted. There is an an amazing series of books by Genrich Altshuller called , "Creativity as an Exact Science", I think at least one of them should be studied at school. He writes about laws of technical systems development: kinematics, dynamics, statics etc. He sees the development of any kind of systems. So there are only 3 stages of possible development. The system is destroyed, or stagnated, preserved in the same condition, like an old ship which still swims, or moves to another stage. There always is a new and an old system. The old system always crushes and strangles the young, it is a parasite on her, and only when all possible resources are exhausted the young system breaks through the old stump. That's exactly what is happening now. All the things I do now could be started in the beginning of 20 century, since Bogdanov's tectonics, or in 1950's when cybernetics appeared. But it started just now.
  8. You see, the business works on Markov's system, seeks for maximum profit today, without caring about what happens next. Government works in the same way, works for current security, for feeding bureaucrats, no matter what next. No one is involved in strategic planning. No one is involved in the survival of humanity. Nobody controls the Earth. Such task as the survival of humanity thrown to chance, to synergetics. But this process has a particular speed, you know. And if this process has not kept pace with the process of obtaining short-term profits, humanity dies. Humanity is killing itself now.
  9. We always have the risk of dying of external causes: a meteorite, a super volcano, a powerful tsunami etc. There always are some physical processes like that. The sun may explode, a black hole may appear etc. And also we create all the conditions to be dead as fast as possible. We may die with technocenosis or technocenosis may develop itself, because it has mobile phones, internet, supercomputers etc, I mean it starts to have intellect. Then machines will live independently, to multiply, develop, fly to space, and we will stay here like monkeys in a monkey house, as Danila said. And this is a good option, actually, And the third, the best option, as i think, is being merged with technocenosis. We have to become them, they have to become us. We have to become cyborgs, this creatures which will have thousands years of experience, knowlage, emotions, feelings and art from human beings, but the other carrier, the robotic carrier, a million times more fast CPU - from robots, amazing extra sensory - from robots etc. When this Centaur, this chimera will appear, we will abruptly move to the next stage of development and become a space race, space race of intelligent beings. In this case, we will continue developing. In other case we will die.
