Guide: How to build portal into new dimension.
1. First, find a snow biome and get 10-14 blocks of snow and 8 snowballs, craft the clock.
2. Craft a snow clock with 8 snowballs and a clock.
3. Find ANY hardmod biome. Go to the mine to a height of 1-32 and look for Orioum ore.
4. Build a portal frame from the snow blocks.
5. Click on any snow block with a snow clock.
6. The portal is ready!
