xxxx = major cutscene number (in hexadecimal).
???? = minor cutscene number (in hexadecimal).

Use this list for all cutscenes in the game then convert the numbers to hexadecimal (thanks to Victor Sokolov for the list) https://pastebin.com/VPPHyswF

For example, if you wanted to play the unused cutscene E110_001, replace XXXX and ???? with 006E 0001 respectively using the code. The code currently does not change day/night settings.
