As we can see evidently you are charging back from all packages you received on the HyGate Network.

This being said unfortunately we can not process your chargeback for a few reasons.

Firts off, you state "Purchased items on a server for an advantage, I was banned from the server that the payment was sent to for playing their game and doing well. I no longer have access to these advantages because of the suspicious ban conditions."
Now specifically in your chargeback you have selected "you have not received your items" which shown by the buycraft transcrpt that an online item has been received for each purchase.

Secondly, We state in our terms of service that all purchases made on the HyGate network are final as stated in this print screen and quoted in the following, So we are not able to process this refund at this time.

"I - All packages purchased are final as all sold items are virtual goods and not redeemable or usable in the real world. Due to this, we practice a no refunds/chargeback policy unless an exception (or special agreement) is created under the agreement of both parties (The user & the HyGate Network’s Administration Team)."

Lastly, The other concern in your charge back "I no longer have access to these advantages because of the suspicious ban conditions.", you were banned on grounds that you breached the list of rules stated on our minecraft server in /rules and on our website(linked below as well as quoted), after given multiple warnings and chances by staff and the management on the HyGate Network, by using what we believe as "Mob Aura", a hack(needed to be using a hacked client(modification against our rules stated on the website) for a minecraft server that allows a player to kill mobs by targeting and killing them while not needing to be present at their computer(in the 2 videos linked below and specific rule quoted), and or "macros". The other rules following the "Level Botting" rule that states no using bots or any afk means of placing skyblock island level blocks on the islands(proof linked below along with picture and qouted rule). This also includes the reasons that your Alternate accounts were removed as well(Other chargebacks you are processing) because we do not allow ban evading (rule quoted below).

4."Macros - Disallowed (Anything ranging from /feed and /fix macros to movement macros. Also, any type of custom macro that comes with your mouse is disallowed. (No Auto Clickers or any type of macros to be "AFK" (not touching your mouse).)."
5."You are not allowed to open a dispute on a store purchase. If necessary, create a ticket on the forums."
