Pretty crazy growth. They do have some strong links coming from many .edu and .gov and even the pages their links are on have many domain pointing to them which helps a lot. Perhaps a strong PBN we can't see or a loophole they found which does happen. This is also a good example of a website many people and organizations would be very happy to link to naturally.

Will be interesting to see whether they drop or hold in the next month or so.
Maybe there are using strong PBN's.
A welcome sequence will increase the chances of them opening your future emails significantly and increase the ROI of your email list.

When people open your emails, you can serve them better as well. During the welcome sequence, you can also create open loops by teasing your subscribers with what to expect in the next email, so that they are curious and will open your next email, and the next one… and before you know it, you have a subscriber for life!
