  1. Copy content and repost
  2. I stumble across a lot of websites that simply just copy and paste other people's articles. Some of them make back links to the original websites and others don't. Most of them monetize through Adsense.

  15. I know there are definitely a lot of people discuss this question. If so, please be kind and leave the original article URL down below.

  21. Lots of ways to drive traffic, equal to any other site. Biggest difference is, if you want to rank in the SERPs you'll need some SERIOUS backlinks, and some serious Google love.
  22. Social media is a great way to drive traffic. I primarily rely on social media for my traffic to my copy/paste sites, but over time, I am seeing my Google/Bing/Yahoo traffic increase and my posts rank quickly.
  23. If you want to undertake this, you will need to understand social media strategy and know how to target your audience.

  30. Click to expand...Are you concerned about the legal consequences? Can they sue you for intellectual property infringement?
  31. Yeah. You'll see a lot of sites that seem WTF, random, badly-done and useless if considering it in terms of a "finished site", but then you realize their Facebook page has, say, 200,000 (real, more or less) "likes" - and that basically means subscriptions - and that's how they funnel traffic and make money. Not a bad approach, especially if you polish the site off and make it look well-done. Then you can basically build a brand by posting other website's articles. Quite dark grey hat, I'd say, but works nevertheless.

  34. Sooner or later adsense ban such sites and they come screaming on forums asking why they get banned.

  37. There are a lot more paying networks and possible monetization ways then adsense ;)

  45. So they already build a reader base... hmmmm, but somehow I feel like this kind of website was striving before social media.

  47. Mind to explain a little bit more?
  48. Are you concerned about the legal consequences? Can they sue you for intellectual property infringement?
  49. Can and will are 2 completely different things.
  50. No lawyer would take the case without a retainer, which most don't have upfront, then expenses build up and meanwhile nothing changes.
  51. So, no, I am not concerned.

  53. My strategy on social media has no bearing on your strategy on social media.
  54. I build my "voice" my "persona" around what my audience can relate to. Since you're not in my niche, it wouldn't matter.
  55. With that said, my advice:
  56. Find you audience(male/female, age, income, etc..).
  57. in your niche who are the influencers? Mimic their "voice"
  58. How does your audience want interaction?

  68. Adsense isn't something I'm big into.
  69. I use affiliate offers picked for my audience, instead of an ad showing something, they get special offers.
  70. For my straight up auto-blog, I have some ad networks, Amazon stuff, and other incomes ideas.
  71.
  72. I'm all ears ;)
  73. Adsense is not the end of the world, when it comes to content monetization. There are all kinds of affiliate programs that you could promote that would directly suit your audience or otherwise plenty of Adsense alternatives around as well > https://roadtoblogging.com/adsense-alternatives/
  74. It seems to me like Google messed up its historic content signature database.
  75. They were able to recognize duplicate content really well at some point. Now sites are ranking with duplicate content again.
  76. Seems like whack a mole, they cover one hole and create another. Personally I think RankBrain isn't doing very well.
  77. Tourism pages are 90% tripadvisor and expedia. Product pages are stuffed with Amazon. Lots of niches are like a full page of adwords, the ads match the SERPs almost precisely.
