  1. Masque stands at a stout four and a half feet, and is a rather subdued individual all around. Their skin is a nondescript charcoal gray, with no obvious blemishes or scratches anywhere on them. Their black hair is done up into a no-nonsense, no frills ponytail, and is often pulled in front of their left shoulder. They have a set of gray horns on either side of their head, sprouting from either side of their forehead and arcing straight back, coming to some rather wicked looking points just behind where their eyes would be on the front of their head. Their skin is covered in tiny luminous white streaks, which look like they've been drawn on with a very fine mechanical pencil, starting with a larger pinprick and swooping back into a faint, ghostly line. These markings are heaviest towards their arms, to the point that the tips of each of their fingers are nearly white instead of the gray of their normal skin. They wear a similarly utilitarian outfit- a pair of businesslike slacks, a buttondown black shirt and black suit jacket that really don't do much to flatter their figure. Their tail is entirely untipped, coming to an equally mundane lizard-like point, dappled with the same white that their fingertips are.

  3. Hue, on the other hand, is not a subdued individual whatsoever. Their skin is a pale, chalky white, smattered here and there with patches of stark black that lend them an overall... bovine sort of look. Their horns are accented by two sets of hard light projections on either side of their real horns. They follow the same general curvature of their normal horns for about half their length before diverging. The outer set arcing upwards towards the sky, pulsing between the warm colors of the spectrum on a slow loop. The inner set of horns continues downwards instead, coming to points just before their shoulders. They cycle through the cold colors of the spectrum on a similarly slow loop. Their hair is a carnival of colors, pulled into a starkly asymmetrical undercut, with each individual strand seeming to be a different vibrant color. Where Masque had pinpricks, Hue has what can only be described as brushstrokes- large, irregular circles of color that narrow down into patchy, brushwork points and similarly cycle through all the colors of the spectrum, seemingly timed to their often excited breathing. Their clothes- if they wear them, as they often do not- are similarly eccentric- a hodge podge of patches and letters and symbols and scraps all sewn together into a loose fitting hoodie, with a zipper that transitions into a ladder of mismatched buttons about halfway up. They usually wear shorts with this hoodie, cut a scant few centimeters away from being indecent. Their tail often sways behind them, dragging with it a veritable pom-pom of cloths and ribbons and plastics, each appearing to be tied on quite tightly, each in various states of fraying.
