In recognition of the imminent dangers posed by hostile powers around the world, and its role in preserving peace and prosperity throughout the world’s seas, the time has come for Colombia to prepare itself for a fight. The economy will be put on overhaul in order to construct multiple brand new modernized models of Great Carrier, outfitted with upgraded reactors and superior hulls as well as a fleet of nuclear submarines based on plans for the Álvaro Alberto model discovered in the ruins of Sao Luis.

DIPLOMATIC PLAN: Reparations to the Inca & A New Cooperation
Target: Neo-Incan Empire

In recognition of the significant cultural strain that territorial disputes over the sacred Quechua Antis have placed on the Incan people, the Republic of Granada is prepared to offer their kingdom three Treasury worth of reparations to ease their relationship, as well as return of the territories in question in three stages over a 15 year period on condition that the Rikch'aq Suyu Inka join the Federation of Colombia on a trial basis for that 15 year period, with its only expected duties being to maintain permeable borders for citizens of the Granadan Republic who have made their home in the Andes to cross between their new home and mother country, as well as citizenship for those already living there provided they follow Incan law. During this period of trial membership in the Federation, the Rikch'aq Suyu is encouraged to take advantage of the full cooperation available to member states in combating the imminent threat to all Surican peoples posed by the deadly Brasilian jungle and the rampant bioweapons who dwell within. Land reclaimed from the jungle will be equitably distributed between participating states (Granada and the Rikch'aq Suyu Inka) with the remainder reorganized into a brand new republic and member state of the Federation free for any citizen of Gran Colombia to populate.
Talks to discuss this proposal will be spearheaded by El Calpuleque, who as a fellow leader of indigenous Suricans, knows all too well what it means to have ancient land occupied and will provide a sympathetic ear to the Incans while still affirming the virtues of becoming a member state of the Federation.

MILITARY PLAN: Operación Secadora II
Target: Brasil

Using the newly constructed naval forces, the area of coast between Granada and the ruins of Sao Luis is to be heavily shelled with incendiary rounds, coupled with a pincer-push from both the Sao Luis encampment’s forces and fresh troops pushing in from Granada with the aim of creating a land link to Sao Luis in order to properly bolster its forces. Once this link has been secured, they’ll press onwards, clearing out the rest of the coastal Jungle all the way to the Argentium border. Should the Incans offer their cooperation, a push East from towards the coast is also in order, cutting off the Northern inland jungle into an isolated pocket that can be whittled down over time.
INTELLIGENCE PLAN: Welsh Riots.

In recognition of the danger posed by the Irish, operations in Wales must go into overdrive. The networks of partisans we’ve created must be bolstered and reactivated, informed of the Irish collaboration with the British and their plans to allow them to use it as a staging point to recover lost territory. Wales must be made as hostile to soldiers of either state as possible, public unrest against military presence stirred up into more riots with rhetoric of a possible return to its former occupation. Welsh nationalism must be stoked and calls for total secession to form a brand new independent Welsh nation amplified. Should Irish/British forces attempt to enforce order, partisans are to fall back into a protracted guerilla war against the occupiers from the countryside, including assasination and sabotage of Irish/British troops.
