- Licensee may make one (1) copy of the Licensed Software for backup or archival purposes only.
- This License expressly prohibits any form of automated installation of the Licensed Software using network deployment tools such as Active Directory and System Center Configuration Manager (formerly Systems Management Server).
- Licensee may not deploy the Licensed Software in an enterprise or terminal server environment for use by multiple remote client computers.
- Licensee acknowledges that the Licensed Software pre-release or “BETA” software.
- Licensee shall return or destroy all versions of the Licensed Software on the first to occur of: (i) the date thirty (30) calendar days after the completion
of Licensee's testing of the Pre-release Software; (ii) the date scheduled for Nitro's first shipment of the release version of the Licensed Software;
or (iii) the date ten (10) calendar days after Nitro's request therefore
