BACKGROUND:
Growing up Mimi lived with her mother and her little sister (Yumi) and her little brother (Kaname) since her father decided to get a divorce. It’s been a struggle on her family and her mother was struggling financially. Her mother had two jobs one’s a night shift nurse and the other working in the food business as a waitress. It was money to feed the kids but, not enough for a house payment or lighting. Since her mom was out working Mimi would always babysit the kids while their mother was out. Mimi never went to school since her mother always counted on her to help out with the kids so, whenever her little siblings we’re busy doing something Mimi would always study whenever she got the chance. When her siblings got a little bit older she started to teach them since they will never get a chance to go to school. Soon her mother earned a lot more money she asked Mimi if she wanted to go to school. Since Mimi has been teaching her own self at a fast pace she thought she would just surpass all the other kids. She told her mom to but her brother and sister in school and her take a stay at home vacation from work because her mom did everything for her and the siblings she thought it was time to give back. She told her mom that she wanted to get a job. Her mom was about to object till she realized she was getting old and cannot keep working like this. They agreed and Mimi was off to find a job. Finding a job wasn’t easy till she ran into an ad saying they needed a newspaper boy or girl to throw out newspapers to neighborhood. That was her chance she went and applied for the job. Mimi got the job and started working early in the mornings every week. Was she tired? Yes, very but she’s was her mother out. Once in a blue moon she gets a day off and when she does she donates some of her money earned to some charity. While Mimi was on her paper route she saw a flyer saying Bighit entertainment was holding auditions. Mimi enjoyed singing and her family enjoyed listening to her sing. Mimi grabbed the flyer off the window and saved it. Later that night at diner Mimi told her mother about the flyer and her mother was all go for it. Her siblings we’re all dancing around saying there sister is being a kpop idol. Mimi was unsure if she could leave her mother alone if she makes it in. Her mother knew she looked unsure and she gave her a reassuring smile and telling her you got this. It was finally audition day her mother, brother and sister went with her. While she was auditioning her family out there was nervous. After all the audition were over they announced who will be going forward to be a trainee and Mimi name was announced she was so happy yet sad that she will be leaving her family. Her mother was so proud of her same with her siblings. Her mother told her to cheer up and everything will be fine. Couple months later her family traveled with her to the dorms of Bighit ent. To help her unpack. Before her mom and siblings left to go back to japan she promised them that she will make the family proud and if she gets enough money she’ll buy them something special or give them a nice amount of cash for them to live off of.

Mimi is gentle and delicate as a flower she wouldn’t hurt anyone. She is very sweet yet really shy. Some people find it hard to approach her because they stereotype her as a cold and mean girl. In reality she’s just a friendly precious cimmonroll who needs protection. She is a bright young lady which many people don’t know besides her band members. She can solve any problems in a instant. She is super sensitive one little action or saying can make her break down in tears. She is selfless she cares more for others than herself before she was an idol she would donate some of the money she got from work and donate it to a charity. She would risk her whole life if she needed to. She loves to help out anyone she can. She has one stubborn streak in her do something to her and she’ll ignore and or be mad at you for days. She is very competitive even it’s just for fun. If she doesn't win she usually cries and pouts and ask for a rematch but, on variety shows she tries to hide that side and act like it’s nothing but she becomes less talkative than usual that’s when you know she’s sad and puts her hands behind her back because she’s tighting her fists because she is mad also.
