  3. Hey I’m sorry to be a bother, but Shae hasn’t been sleeping well lately. I don’t want to be rude and I don’t want to start anything, but Shae has classes at 8:30 in the morning. I know this might be different for you, but I don’t think she’s been getting enough sleep. I know you two sorta have conversations at night and it’s sort of the reason she’s been up so late. I know this probably wasn’t your intention and you probably didn’t know, but as a result her academics have taken a hit. She’s already talked to me about being really tired during class and not being able to focus. She takes these 5 hour naps right after class which really perpetuate this bad sleeping schedule. I’ve talked to her about it, but I’d also like to ask you to please not keep her up for too long.

  10. Hey, has Shae been doing alright? She just talked to me about working through some bad thoughts then suddenly disappeared. It's probably nothing but I'm still kinda worried.
