into the store, loading, unloading, sorting and then distributing onto the shop floor. I was responsible for opening and closing the store as I was a keyholder and also solving technical problems such as fixing tills and computer systems within reason. I also sometimes worked on the shop floor providing second to none customer service. I learned many things from my time at Marks and Spencer, but none more important than the value of teamwork. The ability to work together and co-ordinate responsibilities are key in any large organisation.
